This technology allows:

• the delicate handling and checking of the integrity of each egg's shell

• the gentle handling of the eggs and their separating according to weight

• detecting and separating the eggs showing even the smallest cracks

• detecting and separating eggs showing traces of blood inside

• disinfecting eggs by a powerful UV system

After being sorted, the eggs are packed in 6 or 10 eggs boxes or 20 or 30 eggs trays.

The sorting and packaging center was certified according to the International Food Standard, shortly IFS, which guarantees that the quality level remains constant in the operations necessary for sorting and packing eggs.
